Default 1st Time using clen

Had knee surgery this fall and with rehab, blah blah blah gained 21 lbs of flab. 5'10" 212.
Have been doing cardio 3-5 times per week and decent diet for three months down to 202. From my readings I'm planning on running it for 3 weeks stasrting at 40 up to 120 then back down to 40.
How much weight should I expect to lose in 3 weeks with clen, 5x cardio and split high rep 8-12 weight routine and a 2000 calorie diet?
I plan to go off for the next 3 weeks and resume for 3 weeks thereafter following the same routine.
Also will be drinking 64-80 ounces of water per day and eating 2 bananas as part of diet. In good health experienced trainer.
Thoughts?

surry to tell ya but its not a miracle drug Its no DNP lol and its more along the lines of a GOOD ECA stack just more side effects. Your looking at boosting up your bodys temp while basically hookin yourself with more energy, good stuff for some, pooo for others lol. I never liked it and jsut a huge fan of everyday ECA. Our clen guru should be back this weekend and hopefully he will respond lol Best part of everything is that your diet ,training etc is right on point, if you stick to your diet and what you said your doing im sure you will see purty good results in 6-7 weeks Id think of perhaps switching to a good ECA stack when your done with the clen. Def keep us posted and good luck, and again looks like you gots everything else right on point!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and total results lol like i said, if you stick to what ya said, you should def hardin up more and drop a few lbs mabye a % or 2 even, if ya hit it hard and clean.

My Experience with Clen itself was not much more than the ECA stacks of the past. However, the results I have seen running T3 & Clen together (with diet and exercise in check!) was incredible! The results for me were insane when I had everything in check... visually week to week the BF% coming down and hardness increasing was very noticable to myself and those around me! I ran the 2 weeks on 1 week off, 2 on 1 off etc.... which is what many have outlined as the rule of thumb. Personally 3 weeks on 2 off (good thermogenic for these 2 weeks)... 3 on 2 off.... has worked best for me.

Keep your diet clean and cardio in check... you will be pleased!

Thanx for the replys. I was under the impression that clen plus diet plus exercise would take 10 pounds off in a month and harden me up considerably.

Is that in the ballpark ? I hope the "Clen Guru" does show up this weekend for his input. Thanx again

10lbs is definitely do able brotha just keep your protein up so you dont loose too much muscle while cardioing. You can loose 2lbs a week without Clen and thats the standard/max/safe lol number without loosing any muscle. But with clen and great diet and tons of cardio in the AM on empty stomach you will get the results you want. Also, like is said before look into a good ECA stack to hook yourself for another 4-6 weeks after the CLEN Def keep us posted and cant wait to hear/see your results. Also try not to weigh yourself everyday lol kind of do a every monday morning, so you realy feel the gains b/c your body will fluctuate daily.

I hear you. Weighing in everyday isnt any good. Got any suggestions on any products for when i go off clen? So much out there. Will certainly kkep you posted. Thanx

I have used Lipo 6 with good results... no jitters and it is a nice break after the Clen... Plus I find it keeps my appetite supressed! You could run a true ECA stack if you have a good tolerance to stims! Ephedra is still sold on its own in Herbal stores. (FDA states it is not allowed to be sold as a dietary supplement). Always a loophole somewhere!


(Grows wild all over the place in the South West). I have since went this route! (I know what I get and it is not marked up 500-1000%)

25mg Epehdrine / 200mg caffeine / 325 mg Aspirin (acetylsalycilic acid)

TeamO has a few prods and the one thats always out there online is lipodrene. Just make sure its the yellow tabs or original formula. Good stuff and as of now, is the best ECA stack without making it yourself IMO. If you have probs finding it lemme know and ill link ya.

Personally I think clen works great. I can't stand clen but will it knock off the fat in a hurry. key is do not take to much to fast. You need to work up slowley and keep eating. Beauty of clen is you can do this. Also take it early in the day so you can get a good nights sleep. Although you are subject to some extra dreaming.

My wife and I like clen. We usually se it right before the summertime comes so we can lose that last bit of extra weight. I have a real quick tolerence to it so I can only use it 1 week on and 1 week off or I end up doing an extreme amount in order to get effects out of it. My wife uses it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and she does fine like that and dont ever get to a large amount and still feels the effects.
