Default first time running dnp

just started running dnp.1 cap 250mg a day for one month and off a month.im on day 5 and im not feeling no side effects(which i shouldnt at 250).my work outs are great.sweating real good and sweating in my sleep.not bad for 250 a day.my weight was 285 when i started and im down to 281.i'll monitor my weight loss

aight.down to 280 today.no yellowish sweat,no sides.could have been down more but didnt do cardio today

Your workout will eventually start to suffer. Just backk off the reps & weight & you should be ok.

vitamins e&c,gnc megaman vitamins,and eating 3 banana's a day for potassium .down 1 1/2 lbs today
