Have used aromasin for a couple weeks so far when nips got sore and felt lumps, all is well now, also use the aromasin to keep down any bloat/water retention.
Recently started taking acne meds cuz shoulders and back have gotten hit hard.....doc gave prescript for 100 caps, 1 cap per day....also taking milk thistle to help out liver.

and one Centrum high potency Multi-Vitamin per day
Eating 6 solid meals, and one MRP shake per day....sometimes one more solid meal....EQ makes the appetite jump like mofo.
MRP as PWO#1
All food is based around chicken, fish (salmon/tuna), whole grain bread, oats, yams, sweet potatoe, brown rice, for veg. I use broccolli/zuchinni/carrots/spinach/cualiflower, and on big days like legs/chest or back I eat extra lean ground beef with regular baked potatoe....usually for PWO#2 but will sometimes eat the beef meal up to 2 hrs or more from time of workout.
