Default Current cycle on now

1-4 D-Bol 60mg ED
1-22 Test E 750mg WK
1-20 EQ 600mg WK
8-12 HCG 500iu x 2 WK first WK, then 250iu x 2 WK for remain
16-20 HCG 500iu x 2 first WK, then 250iu x 2 WK for remain
15-20 winny tabs, 50mg ED


PCT will be Nolva, or clomid, have both, haven't decided what to use yet.
Have used aromasin for a couple weeks so far when nips got sore and felt lumps, all is well now, also use the aromasin to keep down any bloat/water retention.

Recently started taking acne meds cuz shoulders and back have gotten hit hard.....doc gave prescript for 100 caps, 1 cap per day....also taking milk thistle to help out liver.

Regular Vitamins:
Vitamin A
Vitamin B Complex
Vitamin B12 shots
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Calcium pills, cuz I don't take any dairy products
and one Centrum high potency Multi-Vitamin per day

Eating 6 solid meals, and one MRP shake per day....sometimes one more solid meal....EQ makes the appetite jump like mofo.

MRP as PWO#1

All food is based around chicken, fish (salmon/tuna), whole grain bread, oats, yams, sweet potatoe, brown rice, for veg. I use broccolli/zuchinni/carrots/spinach/cualiflower, and on big days like legs/chest or back I eat extra lean ground beef with regular baked potatoe....usually for PWO#2 but will sometimes eat the beef meal up to 2 hrs or more from time of workout.

What are you taking for acne? Also, I have some extra lipid meds if you need them.

What ever came of the cycle?

Well, I decided to do a competition...my first comp actually, and when I had gotten with one of the local vets for dieting down and training, I was on week 17 of this cycle. I got up to 218-220 from around 195-200. Once I told my trainer what I was using, he got me to stop everything untill the diet kicked in, which was 4 weeks away. Kinda bummed since I was only 4-5 wks from finish of the cycle, but once the diet started, here is what I was looking at:

dieting started 20 weeks out

20 weeks out start test e or cyp at 500/wk
12 weeks out start eq again at 400-600/wk
8 weeks out start winny at 50/ED
HCG after show/cycle along with clomid PCT


My next goal for after this show is to work towards being 220-225 dry on stage, since I am 6 feet I think that is a good weight, once I am there then I will re-assess the way I look to judge if maybe I need to be a tad heavier.

To bulk in off season, I want to hit up GH at 2-4iu / 5 x wk
stack with 750/ wk test cyp
as well as 600/wk eq
will also consider a 4 wk Dbol kick start again as I rather enjoyed it the first time around. I like this cycle.....the only thing I would love to add is some tren.......maybe hit winny or VAR in the end to finish it off nicely.

So far dieting down, I am almost at my 12 wk mark to start up EQ again, so I am running with test cyp 500/wk, and using clen and ECA stack. weight has dropped to 200 so far is the lowest, usually levels around 204-205 on my morning weigh ins at home.
