Acne chemical solutions...

If you are taking a DHT derivative & get acne, does fina help? I would think so, but some say no. Looking for someone with experience. Any other Ais, that may help? Would rimi help with it if you get it from test? I am looking for anything that works for anything, so I can have EVERYTHING effective on hand, depending on what I plan to run.
