To start, I suggest 1/2cc in each, they will be sore.
I put up to 1cc in each but have been pinning these sites for some time now.
All together between your tri's and bi's, there are 4 areas you can pin, 2 on each bi, and 2 on each tri.
For the bi's, you can let your arm hang and pin the inside a little closer to the elbow than half way, the other bi's inject site is the outside head. To do this, flex nice and tight to find your peak on the outside head of your bi. Once you do this, follow it around the outside about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. This will put you somewhere beside that big vein that runs down your bi, you want to go just on the outside of that vein (closer to your tri).
For your tri's, it is a little more obvious.....pick one of the two heads and hit that shit in the middle. I am lean from dieting and can see all my veins, if you can't, just remember to ALWAYS aspirate regardless. Once you hit them a few times, you will be confident in the spots you hit. Also, push your pin in SLOW....I found if you go in too quick, good chance on knicking a nerve and you get your muscle jumpin on ya....also inject at a slow steady pace, last thing you want is to massage an oil clot in a fresh site that will already be sore.
This is what I do, and works for me, as I said, I have pinned these areas MANY times regularily.
I also use the following:
Pecs-inner and outer, lats, traps, both heads of tri's, bi's inside and outside, quads have 3 sites along outside of each to pin, glutes which I'm not fond of, all 3 heads of the delts, and recently both heads of my calves as well.
The only area I haven't pinned yet is the teardrop.....I get immense pumps in the teardrop when doing legs so I think I will stay away from them for the time being. I love splitting a 2 or 3cc shot between all heads of bi's and tri's then hitting a superset workout the next day or 2 days after, same as pecs, I will time my shots or split them so they are freshly pinned for the chest workout the next day...love the pumps.
