Default Insanity

Yesterday while training quads, calves, and glutes a younger kid, probably 17 or 18 years old sees my routine and asked me what I like most about training. I told him "THE AWESOME PAIN" Does this make me crazy or just dedicated? Maybe a bit of both?
Peace and good health to y'all

Are you kidding me. That makes you normal. As I trained legs today and I was gasping for air trying to figure out if I was going to puke or not, I said to myself. This is awesome.

Other guys were staring at me as I finally looked up and the thought went through my head. Yes, this is why I am bigger then you will ever be.

You're right bro. All those people watching/staring validates our efforts. anyone not willing to put forth the effort we do deserves to spend their time watching from the sidelines.
Peace and good health to you brother

I don't think that anyone should voice an opinion on this unless you can identify the locations of every trash can in the gym to puke in. Much better losing your guts because of training hard than drinking too much whisky.

BTW, trained legs on Friday and today going with wife for massages with this guy that beats the crap out me. He always catches me 36 hours post leg training and personally makes it his mission to separate my gastroc's from my soleus.

At least I'm the posterboy for something My parents would be so proud! Seriously though, it's this type of effort and dedication that separates the wannabees from the reel deals. So to all those people who stare while we're doing our thing,
Peace and good health to y'all
