Default how to get you back wide

Hey trying to get my back wider and thicker what are some what are some back things to get it bigger

Deadlifts Are A Great Overall Multi Joint Coumpound Exercise To Hit Everything From Traps To Glutes And The Whole Back In Between.

After That I'd Advise Some Rows, I Like Bent-over Rows Under Handed And T-bar Rows Close Grip.

Then Pull-ups And/or Pulldowns, Make Sure To Arch Your Back As Its Impossible For The Entire Lattisimus Dorsi To Contract Without Arching The Spinal Column.

Maybe Finish With Some One Arm-dumbbell Rows.

Basically For A Good Back You Need To Row And Row And Row And Do Some Sort Of Chin/PULL-UP/PULL-DOWN.

stray away from cable motions in beginning if u want wide and thick

One arm DB rows are for overall mass.

Rows are overall mass

Pulldowns give you taper.

Wide grip pulldowns for wide back. Key word is wide.
