Default Cutting or Bulking

Just wndering where some of you guys were at right now. I am cutting down 40lbs for the year. I bulked all last year and got to a record breaking 300lbs. Thats heavy as hell for me. I was 185 4 years ago. Of course I am carring around a lot of fat now but when it comes off shhhiiiit look out. I am at 274lbs today. O'Yeah cutting weight sucks but the end result is off the hook.

I'm cutting at the moment....Just got my diet where it needs to be about 3 weeks ago....I never realized how big a role diet plays in this...I mean everyone knows you need to watch what you eat but I never had an actual plan and now that I have one I'm loving it!

I always say I'm cutting and then I turn it into "recomping" because I get tired of dietary restrictions!

Ah, good think I don't compete. I've had good results for the average person going that route though. I never have wild fluctuations in weight and composition that way.

I just started bulking 3 weeks ago. Its a little late for me, but not too late. I will run it for 12 weeks and then take a little while off before I start cutting for the summer. I am at 240lbs today. I started a little lighter than I had hoped I would at 231lbs. But 9lbs in 3 weeks is still good considering I have been sick for the whole 3 weeks and I havent been able to eat like I should, I just want to shake this cold before I hit the 4 weeks mark. This weather out here is just messed up. One day it is 60 degrees and the next day it is 30 degrees and snowing.

Default Bulking

Like DGAF said, I too just started by bulking about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I am working towards only doing one or two shows later in the year, so I wnot really start cutting until mid spring. I would like to get up to about 230 give or take. Man, I hate the feeling of being fat though. LOL

WEll.....I was cutting.....I am down quite a bit from a few months ago. I was 270lbs. RIght now I am 258. But what usually happens....I will diet down another 10 lbs and then I start adding back the weight. THe nice thing is It is all muscle. But right now I am still gunna try and tweak this diet thing for the gout bullshit I just found out I had.

Been workin out hard and going at it full steam. Just gotta keep my head in the game and focus better than I have in the past. Focus on short term goals and take em one by one....and not try to look at the long term goals so much.

I was bulking, then I got sick so it kinds screwed up my bulk. However I recoverd and kept bulking. Now I am in cruise mode just for a little while longer and then I will start my cut. I try to time it for optimal madness during the summer. That and the fact I believe in long slow cuts so I keep alllll my muscle.
