4.How to divide your daily intake over a 24 hour period ?
5.How many weeks do you need to prepare?
6.Cardio for fat burning, are you doing it correctly?
There are many many aspects to contest prep and many opinions , and the theory of what works for me may not work for you . Trial and error + genetics = the winning combo
