Beef and tangy tomato tortillas

Ingredients
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 chilli
* 1 bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped
* Juice of 1 lime
* 2 fillet steaks
* 4 fresh tomatoes, sliced in quarters
* 4 corn tortillas
* ½ avocado, peeled and mashed
* Sea salt & pepper
Method
Mash together the garlic and chilli with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in half of the coriander and half of the lime juice. Pour the marinade over the steak.
Preheat a barbecue or frying pan to a medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the steak in the frying pan for 3 minutes on each side, turning only once. Remove the steak and leave to rest while making the salad.
Make the salad: Mix the fresh tomato together with the rest of the coriander and lime juice.
To finish: Cut the steak into thin slices and serve with the corn tortillas, tangy tomato salad and fresh avocado
