Default diet for my boy

hey fellas, my boy is lookin to get his diet on track. Hes around 150 lbs give or take a few and around 5'9. I was trying to give him advice on what to do but since his metabolism is crazy high compared to most i didnt want to give him wrong info. He works out 4-5 days a week. he is between ecto and mesomorphic body structure. Basically he wants to know what he should be eating and how much. like a detailed diet. any help would be appreciated. thanks bros

WOW. He is going to have to eat alot.. He might cut back on one of his workout days.. How much if any cardio is he doing? He needs to eat alot of red meat. potatoes, pastas ,bread. Anything that is going to give him alot of calories.

Is he getting pre and post shakes and is his protein intake high.

I recently started training my son a few months ago and put him on a basic diet and he has gained an amazing 15lbs and he is leaner.

I think you should track what he eats now and adjust from there before you slap him with 3000 cals.
