That's the problem, Vin.
If work has you crazy and you don't have the time to cook, protein powder becomes your best friend. And I've grown so tired of tuna that I can't stand it any more.
I try and cook 8 or 10 chicken breasts at a time and eat only 2 or 3 a day. That way, I can still get some real food along with the powders. My other choice is hard boiling a dozen eggs at a time. They'll last in the fridge and you can toss the yolks if you don't want the fat. Still, they taste like - wait - they have no taste! I generally eat them with mustard. It's better than nothing.
Even with this program, over 50% of my protein seems to come from either milk or protein powder. Wish I had a private chef...
