Default Protein source

What's your favorite protein source, guys? I'm a bit tired of eating tuna. I don't take the time to cook except on my days off from work (which are very rare at the moment).
I still rely too much on double-scooped shakes to get my daily ratio of protein ...

Tuna got old w/ me awhile back. I was mixing everything w/ it to change the taste. Now I do alot of chicken & fish. I still put in 2-3 protein shakes a day.

That's the problem, Vin.
If work has you crazy and you don't have the time to cook, protein powder becomes your best friend. And I've grown so tired of tuna that I can't stand it any more.
I try and cook 8 or 10 chicken breasts at a time and eat only 2 or 3 a day. That way, I can still get some real food along with the powders. My other choice is hard boiling a dozen eggs at a time. They'll last in the fridge and you can toss the yolks if you don't want the fat. Still, they taste like - wait - they have no taste! I generally eat them with mustard. It's better than nothing.
Even with this program, over 50% of my protein seems to come from either milk or protein powder. Wish I had a private chef...

Good Luck,

CR
