I see you are having probs with your mid bench. Try hitting some banded MEs on the 3brd as a 2ndary up till the meet.

thanks man.

went to the bahamas last week and got engaged.

smoked a cohiba last wednesday and i've been sick since thursday morning. damn strep throat. finally will get to go back to work tomorrow. get some money to get that ring payed for.

ya my mid bench is my weakness for sure.

with me going on vaca and then getting sick, there is no more time before the meet to correct this so i'll just work on it in my next cycle.

reverse band bench from the 3board you say, will give it a try.

right on.

BTW, missed my squat opener workout this past monday due to sickness. not cool but i'm moving on.
