Default Powerhouse33 Training Log

This log will go up until the push/pull comp. in Dec. today was the first day that i had started. Today was chest, have not done bench press in about four or five months. Didn't need it when i was traing for strongman. Time to back into the swing of things. I will work out either four or five times a week. I will do a heavy day and a speed day for upper and a heavy day and a speed day for lower, if i work out that fifth day then it is just to get something in that i didn't have time for.

10/24/07
Upper Body (heavy day)

Bench Press- Warm up sets 135,185, 225
245x3
255x3
265x3
285x3
305x1
went for 315 but was burned out since i did so many sets. wasn't to sure how much i could do. Started with to light of weight.

Front Raises
2x45Lbs.x10

Laterial Raises (Single arm)
2x35LBS.x10

Tate Presses
2x40LBS.x8

DB skull crushers
35x10
35x12

Not very happy with this workout. Didn't have a lot of time and was rushing around, started at 7 AM (took a while to get going)

no 315 huh. thats ok, it will come. did you throw the bench shirt on or no. and did goof ball go with you or did you role solo this morning.

BTW how was it, going in the morning. i kniw you don't really like it.

I was really burned out, haven't used those muscles like that for a while. No i didn't wear the shit this time. I will wear it next week on max effort day. Just wanted to get a feel for benching again. Thats another reason that may workout didn't go really well GOOF BALL showed up about a half hour late.
