Powerhouse33 Training Log
This log will go up until the push/pull comp. in Dec. today was the first day that i had started. Today was chest, have not done bench press in about four or five months. Didn't need it when i was traing for strongman. Time to back into the swing of things. I will work out either four or five times a week. I will do a heavy day and a speed day for upper and a heavy day and a speed day for lower, if i work out that fifth day then it is just to get something in that i didn't have time for.

went for 315 but was burned out since i did so many sets. wasn't to sure how much i could do. Started with to light of weight.

Not very happy with this workout. Didn't have a lot of time and was rushing around, started at 7 AM (took a while to get going)
