nice. i use a powerlifting style in the gym for my strongman training. we'll have to swap techniques and what not to see if me can put up some big numbers.

have a push/pull meet dec. 8th. will start training for it after i complete my strongman comp this saturday.

my powerlift numbers are
squat-500
deadlift-500(but i know i could do a bit more)
bench-275. (whack i know but don't really need it for strongman. maybe you could help me with this.)

what kind of numbers you put up bro.

by the way all my numbers are raw. just bought some power briefs from ernie frantz so we'll see what those do for me.

Nice #'s.. Hell yea, I will help ya as much as I can. Post up your workout schedule and lets see where your at. When Powerlifter79 shows up, he will be able to help you more. He trains with bands and different heights on the bench more than I do.

So far my #'s are
squat should be close to 550. Just finished 3 sets of 3 at 500 for my last sets
bench 350. Almost done with the Kenelly program. Will see if it goes up any.
DL 400ish.. Not a big dl guy.

right on. nice #'s yourself.

it's weird because usually a person's deadlift is stronger then their squat but mine is the same and your's is a bit under your squat, weird huh. oh well.

i'll get my workout up on here soon. slick said he will move my log over here from TAZ. but i have been using the westside split. 4 days a week, 2 lower body days(max effort and dynamic day) and 2 upper body days(max effort and dynamic day). have been focusing alot on log press and squat.

i've heard that if you can master the sumo deadlift and are in comps that allow it, it will produce alot better numbers do to the use of the hips. might try that to see if you like it better.
