It is supposed to be the same or similar to Havoc by RPN...

I used Havoc and it works well... Can pack on some solid lean muscle mass and fortunately there is no gyno issues at all...

Just my general understanding is the stuff is pretty damn good... Havoc sure was for me...

Wish I had more insite than that bro...
