Default EFAS bad for muscle growth?

There is an srticle in this months issue of MD with a theory that EFAS (namely omega3,6&9) are bad for muscle growth & repair....This is a hypothesis as no studies have been done; But I have to say, its well thought out & makes alot of sense. It is primarily based around the fact that EFAs work as anti-inflammatory supps via the same pathways as NSAIDS. ( And we KNOW that NSAIDS impair muecle growth/repair)
It is still factual that EFA aid in fatloss & cardiovascular health; Thats an undeniable fact. But as we all know the biggest guy, is usually not the healthiest. This, if true, has the potential to turn the supplement industry on its ear.
I read it in the actual magazine & could not find a link for the article, so please keep this bumped & post your educated opinions after you have a chance to read it....I am not putting away my EFA blend just yet, thats for sure.
