Default protein/creatine combo

here is what i'm taking:

anabolic muscle protein (1300 calories, 130 g of protein, 160 g of carbs)
gnc brand monohydrate (usually 5-10 grams before workout and 5-10 after)

my question is this;

with me taking a protein shake 30 min before workout, do i throw the creatine in with the shake. i ask because you know all the left over that gets stuck to the edge of the blender, i don't want to waste it.

i usually take it with gatorade but back then i didn't do protein before workout.

that brings me to my second question;

say if i take protein as usual (pre workout), do i still take the creatine with gatorade after i get my protein down????

let ne know what your opinion is as i start this this afternoon.

Run creatine & protein before & after you work out. Creatine helps shuttle protein & aminos to the muscle so you benefit both ways.

if your worried bout it brudda just down the creatine n lil juice or like before with the gatorade then down the protein shake. Or just plain water b/c of the carb content in the shake. I use to worry about that as well lol wishing i had a gene simmons tongue so i could get the left overs hahaha but i say just mix them both and you will be fine, unless you have huge clumps left over in your blender/shaker your not waisting much.

yeah i'll probably just do that to make it easy.

downing a 32 oz protein shake along with a 20oz gatorade isn't the most fun thing in the world to do.

thanks fellas

That is the main reason I dont take it before a workout! Only after.
