Default venom hyperdrive log

i wanted to do a log on how the hyperdrive treats me because i plan on trying things alot different from the norm.

most people say to lose weight (bodyfat) you have to cut calories and increase physical activity, plain and simple.

well, i definatly need to lose some weight as all my powerlifting gear is starting to fit so tight that it is about to be ineffective. yeah i need it as tight as possible but when its so tight that i don't have the mobility that i need, then that is a problem.

currently i am taking in quite a few calories;

breakfast-anabolic muscle shake with milk (1300 calories, 120g protein, 170g carbs, fat???? quite a bit though)

lunch- alot of whole food (at least 1000 calories)

preworkout- anabolic muscle shake

dinner-alot of whole food (at least 1000 calories)

total- around 4500-5000 calories



so here is what i plan on doing. i will keep the same intake going but instead of taking my shakes with milk, i will cycle them, 2-3 days with water, 2 days with milk, and do it that way. that way my calories are different and my metabolism stays in high gear.

the reason i'm doing it this way is i have to keep my food intake up as to keep my body from getting overtrained and more importantly, lose as little of strength as possible.

i haven't started my new log on VBB yet but i am training up for a meet mid augest and i just wantto see what will happen and if i can drop some bodyfat.

(5-23-08)

took my first pill this morning with food.

first 7-10 days it says to take one pill with food as a tolerance tester so i will do that and then see what happens.

also, starting next monday i will be doing am cardio every mon, wed, fri. target heart rate will be kept in the 55-60% range as to keep as much musle as possible.

so far it has been 3 hours since i took the pill and i feel focused like never before. energy is up and all i can think about is getting to the gym this afternoon. i'm liking it so far.

ok started this stuff 6 days ago.

took 2 pills on sunday(5-25-08) and appetite is at a stand still. i have a huge trouble eating 2/3 of what i normally eat. i don't know if i like this so much. BW is not much different.

didn't take any yesterday as it was max effort squat so i needed to get some food in but it didn;t change it any and i could barely eat anything.

no jitters what so ever so i'm thinkin this product is definatly the way to go if weight loss is the goal.

will stay on it for a minimum of 2 weeks and then make a decision then.

Nice bro. Keep this log going. My log got sidetracked on the trilean system....so we need you input. Also..,.....it was doing the same to me! Couldnt eat nearly as much.

1 pill in the am with breafast.

only thing this far that stands out to me is the major loss of appetite.

not sure whats going on with my weight but my upper body looks like it is thinning out but not my stomach. legs are getting alot more muscular then i'm used to them being, i don't know that is from the venom or from the major intense squat workouts because we are hitting deep deep depths with them.

i haven't really changed my diet a whole lot or have i started doing cardio. i'm one of those people that if i don't start something the first of the week (monday) then i won't even try it for the rest of the week. i may try and do some am cardio this friday but i'm not making any promises.

we have a deload next week and will probably be doing alot of high rep volume work so that should definatly get my heart rate up.

i take a pill every morning but i don't always post in this log. but just know i'm taking it every day.

well i was able to put down a pound of beef for lunch today but the waffle fries barely got touched. as you can see i'm not the best at eating clean but i'm working on it.

BTW, today is the start of week 2 for me on this stuff.

ok had alot fo grad parties i went to this weekend so my diet was absolutly shit.

i did eat a collected 20 bean burritos with green chili over saturday and sunday and the smell coming out of my ass is still reminding me of it.

didn't take a pill on saturday or sunday due to me just forgeting to but my appetite didn't increase what so ever.

took one pill this morning (6-2-08)

BTW, had to take family pictures yesterday and the attire was a white shirt with blue jeans. the only blue jeans i have are my big boy jeans (waist 40) and they were fucking loose on me. i couldn't eve attempt to wear them without a belt when a few months ago i had no problem wearing them beltless.

this is a good sign as i am definalty loosing inches off my waist and that is where i want to lose the most from.

also, overall i'm lookin leaner in the mirror as i'm using it as my main gauge other then a scale. upper body is starting to show a very little bit of definition and i'm losing my bulk. i'm not happy about the less bulk but i need to stick with this stuff and just get my BF down. goal is to be sub 20% BF when all is said and done.
