venom hyperdrive log
i wanted to do a log on how the hyperdrive treats me because i plan on trying things alot different from the norm.
most people say to lose weight (bodyfat) you have to cut calories and increase physical activity, plain and simple.
well, i definatly need to lose some weight as all my powerlifting gear is starting to fit so tight that it is about to be ineffective. yeah i need it as tight as possible but when its so tight that i don't have the mobility that i need, then that is a problem.
currently i am taking in quite a few calories;
breakfast-anabolic muscle shake with milk (1300 calories, 120g protein, 170g carbs, fat???? quite a bit though)
lunch- alot of whole food (at least 1000 calories)
preworkout- anabolic muscle shake
dinner-alot of whole food (at least 1000 calories)
total- around 4500-5000 calories
so here is what i plan on doing. i will keep the same intake going but instead of taking my shakes with milk, i will cycle them, 2-3 days with water, 2 days with milk, and do it that way. that way my calories are different and my metabolism stays in high gear.
the reason i'm doing it this way is i have to keep my food intake up as to keep my body from getting overtrained and more importantly, lose as little of strength as possible.
i haven't started my new log on VBB yet but i am training up for a meet mid augest and i just wantto see what will happen and if i can drop some bodyfat.
