Default Muscle Milk

I gotta tell you! I forgot my protein shakes at home today. Pissed me off. So I ran over to the easy shop. and I about shit myself when I saw muscle Milk there. I never tried it but figured what the hell! It was better than the shitty EAS crap they had. And I was hurting for anything at the time. I bought the Mocha joe muscle milk. Cracked it open...which I like the way it even opened. LOL And not knowing what to expect, I took a big swig, figuring I was gunna have to just gut it down do to a shitty taste. And holy shit! I was blown away by the taste! That is the smooothest and best tasting I have ever tasted. Here is a little on it. Taken from CytoSports site

A mainstay of effective and convenient nutritional programs for serious athletes, Muscle Milk® is an “evolutionary” muscle formula that promotes efficient fat burning, lean muscle growth and fast recovery from exercise. Designed after human mother’s milk, Muscle Milk® is the perfect and complete protein supplement for your nutritional needs. Lean Lipids™ promote lean muscle growth and ,b>enhance the retention of minerals needed for muscle contraction. The calories are more likely to be burned for muscle energy than stored as fat. There are no empty calories in Muscle Milk®.

Benefits of using Muscle Milk® Ready-to-Drink

Muscle Growth and Repair: EvoPro™ , clinically complete, multi-source balanced protein to support lean, toned muscle

Carbs: Just the right amount of complex, low-sugar, low-glycemic index carbohydrates to fuel a great workout or a busy day

Efficient Energy Production: Lean Lipids™ are special fats that are easily mobilized for workout energy, enhance your body’s fat metabolism and promote protein synthesis, anti-inflammatory effects and mineral retention.

Zero lactose: Muscle Milk® contains no lactose!

Best ways to use Muscle Milk® Ready-to-Drink

Before: Take one serving of Muscle Milk® 45 minutes to one hour prior to training. Muscle Milk® provides the caloric energy needed for intense workouts while flooding nutrients to hungry muscles.

After: Take Muscle Milk® within 30 minutes after workouts, games or events to shift the body from catabolic to anabolic. Muscle Milk® provides nutrients to kick start the recovery process.

Its not a normal protein for me. I usually use champions stuff. But i think now I will try others.

Our buddy teamOrbit at www.orbitnutrition.com has it on his list. I personally give it 2 thumbs up! Good stuff. and I am going to order some from them ASAP!

I love Muscle Milk. I got a container a few months ago from the US and it tastes so good that I wish I'd find it here. It's very creamy (especially the peanut butter-chocolate)!

I love Muscle Milk. I never met a flavor of theirs that I didn't like.
My only problem with it is if I drink it all the time, I'll just get fat.
Lots of fat calories in there...Maybe that's why I like it so much.

The cyto sport line kicks ass. I don't use the muscle milk much anymore, but my cupboards always have the cyto lean gainer and the cyto whey iso 5lb tubs in them.

I mix it 1:1 with a non-flavored protein isolate.
still keeps the taste and cut the carbs/fat in half.
