Explosive diarrea, embarrasing at the least..........had a business lunch that I had to cut short...........

Brat diet (Bananas, applesauce, and Toast). Keep hydrated to the extreme. Depending on location of the hotel you were at bottled/filtered water even for brushing teeth. If it continues after 24-36 hours then you can start on slowing the motility down by using lomotil. If their is a bug you want a chance for it to pass before you slow your colon motility down.
