zup all thought id come on over and check it out..nice board peeps..since im going on 40 i like the name vintage..most all know me ..those who dont..im a trainer/security professional..my spelling sux..and i type strange..but i have 23 years of training under my belt..along with 23 years of exp with anabolics..im always willing to help a bro out..i give good solid advice based on what ive done myself and those with in my circle..i have many strenths and a willingness to help..though i know some of you new school cats can teach me a thing or too also..im open minded..im use to being able to speak my mind without being banned for it..we will see what the future holds for me here...thax for having me..ribb
