i train in a private powerlifitng gym called cell block.the owner brent is from westside barbell.he and lou talk all the time and we train like westside.alot of chains,bandwork,and some kettleballs
my personal best are
600 bench
700 deadlift
550 squat
my squat suxs as i have bad knees
would like to get up to 700 bench,800 deadlift,and a 700 squat.those are my goals right now
