lately i have been eating 4 slices of whole wheat bread about an hour and half before workout and then my 10 grams of creatine 15-30 minutes before workout in gatorade. o and as i walk into the gym i'm downing a spike every workout.
although, the spike plus the creatine hasn't been going over to well for me. if they aren't spaced out enough say at least 30 minutes, then i'm in trouble and risking losing all my food intake for the day that i worked so hard to get in me.
what a balancing act i have going on here.....SHEESH!!!!!!!!!11
