Default Pre-Workout meal

just wondering what everbody grubs on before workinout. Most of you degenerates prob eat a couple burros before working out but im not into gaining to much size just eat whats needed. Usualy just cup or so of cottage cheese, bannana and some peanuts or something lol Please do tell what yall b grubbing on these days on a reg basis....

lately i have been eating 4 slices of whole wheat bread about an hour and half before workout and then my 10 grams of creatine 15-30 minutes before workout in gatorade. o and as i walk into the gym i'm downing a spike every workout.

although, the spike plus the creatine hasn't been going over to well for me. if they aren't spaced out enough say at least 30 minutes, then i'm in trouble and risking losing all my food intake for the day that i worked so hard to get in me.

what a balancing act i have going on here.....SHEESH!!!!!!!!!11

Small bowl of oatmeal with about 1/2 banana & a couple of peacons on top. Does good on squat days.

I wake up at 4:20 am to go to the gym. I am also cutting so I will drink 25g of whey protein with an additioanl 5g of glutamine and 20g of BCAA's and one tablespoon of flax oil. Yum, Yum

Empty stomach, sugar free red bull, caffine x 2, ephedrine x 1, asprin. A shit load of water.......YUM!

30-40 Mins before is a drink , waxymaize based with creating/ glutamine and same PWO ...but I make sure I eat right after too.. this all depends on your eating schedule and training sched ..

i try to only have a protein shake about 20 minutes before then i come home on an empty stomach and then eat 2 chicken breasts

Depends on the day; I make sure to get a pre-wout energy/nos drink like SUPERPUMP mixed with aminos & waximaize,though. But as for the last real meal-depends on the day.

Wake up 45 min before workout. VIt-Water with caffine, BCAA, 25g Protein shake.
