Nessy's program
Netess (Nessy for me), former mod at SSB, gave me a routine that I really liked. It was a full body workout EOD.
Week 1,2 - 2 sets of 15 reps (choosing 2 basic exercises per body part)
Week 2,3 - 2 sets of 12 reps
Week 4,5 - 2 sets of 10 reps
Week 6,7 - drop sets
(the goal is to increase the weight each workout)
I really loved it. I had excellent strength gains and I'll probably do it again in the future.
